new 90 degree bends for induction kit

im after 2 new 90 degree bends for my simota induction kit does any one no where you can purchase them . as the one i got with the induction kit is perished nearly split

it them 2 plastic black bends that i need to replace where the metal t-peice thing is that got a rubber pipe connected to it .lol
