New Brake pads/discs screeching under braking?

Hi, i'm new to cliosport so please be gentle, i have just bought a cliosport 172 on an x reg (best car i have ever had by the way).
I've just had all new discs and pads on rear and they are screeching/squealing alot, do they just need braking in (for want of a better phrase) or will i need them took off and re-greased, i had them done professionally, cheers all:rasp:

Take it back to the garage, sounds like the pads arent contacting the disc nice and flush. They should resolve it for free.
