New build, buying it today, look okay?

Right ive saved up a few extra quid to avoid any finance, ive got tops of £1300 to spend but id rarther cap it at £1k due to wanting a few other things.

Build is as follows, im hoping this will fit into an antec 300, but i will have to use a dremel on it if not as i dont have much space to put anything bigger.

i5 750 (Hoping to get this to 4GHz)
Asus 5870
Gskill Ripjaw 8GB DDR3 Dual.
Gigabyte GA-P55-UD5
Corsair HX 750W
Corsair H50-1 cpu cooler


Any C&C greatly apreciated. Should i get different ram, i will be buying more at some point to get 8GB. Dont see the point in an i7 system, im not a huge gamer but i do like to play COD and the occasional new game that comes out.

Looks fine to me. Will play pretty much anything you throw at it. No point in an i7 as a gamer / normal user. Only really useful if you are encoding / compiling etc.
