New Build PC Spec - Opinions

After deciding my pc could do with being updated I have been looking at the different possibilities. sbridgey has kindly given me some recommendations, and from this I have come up with this little list...

I already have a graphics card, and firewire card to use for my external audio interfaces. I haven’t included a HDD as I may use my old one, I have yet to decide.

What are people’s opinions? Anything you would change/not buy, but I don’t particularly want to spend more than the total of the above!
