New Camera!

Just got a new camera for Xmas from mummy and daddy and it's very nice! (Haven't used it yet)

It's a Canon Powershot S5 IS and also got a wide angle lens with it!

Im not going to go into photography majorly but wondered if I'd need any other lenses for a bit of amateur fun?

It's a big step-up from my HP Photosmart M415:rasp:

well done mate, just go play with it until you get into a situation where you wish you had a longer lens or a fisheye.

Other lenses? The S5 has a fixed 12x lens - it is not removable!!!

You can get some 'converter' lenses but not additional lenses - not cheap though!!!

Ah thanks, did wonder! will have to RTFM later but am tired from work!

I have the lens converter too which was included as a present
