Monaco 172 + mk1 RSi
aint posted in a while because of my new job but today i have something to tell lol
as you can see from the pic my silver clio had seen better days after i had a bit of a crash in her
anyways yesterday something to do with my clutch broke (clutch release bearing i thinks ) and because of my new job i aint got time to fix it myself and because im on an appretice wage i couldnt afford to take it to a garage so i limped it to a friend of mine who fixes cars for it to be fixed on the cheap, anyways, cut a long story short he had trouble getting the subframe off because 2 rusty bolts that go into the chassis rails snapped on the inside and where spinning so i was bout a car for a few days which is a real pain and a 5 hour job was a 5 day waste of time due to many obsticles not regarding the car so i decided to get a "run around for the time being until i decide weather to spend money on a car that aint worth it or part it so yesterday i dropped on this little bargain
its a 1.2 and basically it needs a new drivers door and its sorted, picked it up for the bargain price of £80 on an R reg with only 44000 miles and 2 lady owners!
quite pleased with it only trouble is there is no power steering but i may be able to sort that out soon lol
also if anyone is selling a drivers door in this colour let me know lol
also looking to get it lowered, colour coded bumpers and mirrors and maybe a valver bonnet so if anyone is selling anything that may be of an intrest to me or wants to buy any parts of the silver one let me know
