New catalogue now available

We now have our new 2005/06, 60 page colour catalogue available. You can obtain a copy by either calling us or ordering one through our website. It has hundreds of parts and has details of a couple of new services we will have available later this year.

I would love to be able to afford to give £11,000 worth of catalogues away but we will be happy to refund the £3 on any order of over £100. We actually lose money on every catalogue we sell and I feel £3 is a reasonable price for something that will last a long time.

thats a fair point! but i think you should send them out with all orders! I ordered some lights from you and requested a catalogue, and never got it!

To be honest David I would have expected one through the post.

I can understand you not wanting to waste good money and can see the whole £3 a catalogue / £3 discount covers your losses.

Surely you know who you good customers are and maybe could have posted one to them.

Ive spent well over £1K with you (probably more but I dont want to think about it lol!)

yeah i can see davids point

kinda damage limitation charging a bit for them but it would be good if u got one free with every order over a certain amount...... as to encourage more purchases (& to spread the word)

Hi Tom, we have only recently got our invoicing computerised so up until few months ago the only way we could tell who were good customers was by remebering their names. We also find that the cars do change hands quite quickly so we could end up sending catalogues to people who no longer have a Renault.

Of course I will be happy to send you a catalogue to you but can you just e-mail me with your address. Obviously I recognise alot of the user names on Cliosport but most of the time the user name is not your full name which makes it tricky to work out who is who when place an order.
