New Clio 172 owner

Hi folks recently bought a 2002 Clio 172. I've noticed when cold the throttle isn't as responsive as when warm.

I've searched on here but have conflicting posts saying its normal to it could be lambda sensor/ air temperature sensor or coolant sensor. Anyone able to give me some solid advice?
