I think so. I think FinClio is from Finland. His licence plate says so

Thanks to everyone...I wanted yellow clio but here is so small offer so I bought that one. Only problem was steering wheel, because it's so stale, if you can see on the picture...any tips how to repair...something else than bought new one!
