Is anyone saving up for the new spec Clio sport due out in about 12 months or so? I may be tempted if it looks hard enough but l bet the value of my 172 Cup would plummet

Ill buy a discounted 182 when it comes out!

It looks a lot better then the present photoes suggest.
Its bound to grown on people.
I was going to buy one but then found out there no diesel Sport option.

Has there ever been one? I still dont get how any diesel can be a sport

It will be a choice between the new Clio or the new CTR I expect. Just as I had to choose between the 182 and current CTR.

I will buy which ever offers the best balance of performance, spec and price.

The fact that I currently own a Renault regardless of whether the experiences are good or bad will have no bearing on what I will choose.

I had heard a rumour of the 140hp 1.9dci going in the car (the 2.2 fits into the standard car so space wouldnt be an issue). Diesel is just another engine no reasonw hy they cannot be quick its just there always thourght of as slow I have to say in some ways I prefere my dci over the Williams for power delivery (OK its tunned but still all that low down power).
