New dog bone mount where from?

Been searching for a new dog bone mount for Phase 2 172, the only place I can find one is Renault £46 or to powerflex my original.

Where have people purchased standard ones from? and do you need to support the engine whilst changing?

Just power flex yours.. And no you don't need to support it.. I didn't

I have a standard used one in my room that you could change to powerflex bushes if you're interested.
