Im thinking of either getting throttle bodys and fast road cams or getting a f7r transplant?

any ideas of costs etc?

ive got no idea of cost but if i was you i would get the F7r first then that gives you a better base for tuning in the future

Throttle bodies arn't worth it unless your a 2.0 btoom end and cams and either a ported head or a 2.0 head at worse.
2.0 Bottom end with a ported head and cams with the stock manifold and a remap ae the best idea IMO. SHould get you around 180hp.
Cost
Head work £550
Cams err expensive for the AWT special which make the best power/ power range. I think your looking £650 with the bits you need.
Remap £300
2.0 bottom end £400 LTR do 2.0 bottom end transplants for £750. Probably another £400 to fit the cams etc.

- Straight swap f7r with cams and remap?
- Suspension(coilovers) and strut brace?
- Brakes?

There is a 2.0l for sale in one of the forums for about £1700 but he wants to sell it so make him an offer.

Brkaes on the 2.0 are the same as you car but you do have upgrade options.
4 pots which I'd recomend personally as there nothing like them . Or harder pads.
