new exhaust - insurance

  Clio 182 cup'd
As it is more cost effective to buy a powerflow rather than a standard exhaust from Renault for my 172, could anyone tell me what I woudl need to tell my insurnace.

It will be as quiet as possible and standard bore. The only difference would be that its made of stainless steel and possibly have a visable tailpipe rather than the stelth that the car currently has.

Woudl that be a problem?

Nothing wrong with Powerflow . Depends on the Powerflow outlet though . The quality does seem to vary alot . It's all down to the knowledge and skill of the guys who make them . Burnley Powerflow are spot on and a few other people who have used them agree ;)

As to the insurance question . Yes you should inform your insurance company . Some charge some don't , if your lucky your won't .
