New Gearbox

Brand spanking gearbox is going into the valver this week, new clutch, fluids etc too

My question:

Is there any sort of running in period for boxes? Should I take it easy for a certain amount of miles?

i had a brand new one on mine mate and had a new clutch too. i took it easy for the first 250 miles on the clutch but thats it really.

id personally go steady for a while seeing as its new but there isnt actually a set rule that says you have to run them in.
