New Headunit, Can my Satellite radio controls still work?!

Hey guys, I'm new to this website, my first post!
I'm about to buy a new headunit for my Clio sport 172 mk2 (I'm in Australia).
Its the Pioneer AVH-P7650DVD

And i was just wondering, before i buy and install the thing, whether it's still compatible with the radio controls near the steering wheel? I guess it doesn't really bother me if it doesnt work, but If theres anyway to get it working it would be a great help.
Oh also, will i be able to connect the cd stacker (stock one) to the new head unit?

Hi

You need to buy a stalk adapter for the steering wheel controls to work. buyin this will also make the display on the dash board display wots on your head unit. Do a search on google or take a look on ebay for a pioneer stalk adapter. looking at 30 to 40 pounds not sure wot that is in aus dollers.

Don't know if you have Autoleads in Oz but they do them for most aftermarket HU's.

Don't think the changer will work with anything other than the factory HU.
