NEW HERE BE NICE, warning light comes on and engine cuts out, dunno what it is

this warning light comes on and then the engine cuts out and i dunno what it is, i restart the engine after about 5 mins and its fine again, its an intermittent problem and 2 garages have looked at it and are stumped so i'm coming to you the experts

That's for an electrical fault, sometimes it will not leave a fault code in the ecu !!!

Check relays in the engine compartment for any corrosion on the blades and relay box terminals !!!
If so clean them up

I found this cleared my fault after lots of head scratching and changing parts

But with these fine clio's it could be prettying much anything with electrics

Also did the garage's you took the car to have the Renault clip diagnostic software, I have found that other diagnostic kits don't want to read theses that's well !!!! Or at all

yes it has been to a renault specialist and still they dont know, just wondered if anyone else had had the same fault...

9/10 it could be the coil pack breaking down so you could try changing that or swap it with a working one to see if it cures the fault !!!

Might be that you have what I had and that's intermittent French wiring gremlins that's are a b*****d to find lol
