Hey all and hello from melbourne.

looking into buying a 2001 Clio 172 here at the minute and not much info or parts to be found over here,
It's a one owner and has slipped the belt and bent valves so its a shame to see it get scrapped and would like to save it so need your help in sourcing someone who will ship me a head to melbourne, I'm in no rush but its a shame to see a good car to go to the scscrappy looking forward to hearing from you lads as hopefully this will be the first of many bits I'll be looking for

this is all new territory for me as its mainly been e30 bmws I've had in the past

TBH probably the best way would be to put a shout out for one on ozrs and/or check the for sale section.

Otherwise you could give a few of the Renault specialists a call - Colin @ Alpine Affaire in Ringwood, Carl @ Virage in South Melbourne or AutoParis in Box Hill and see if they might have anything.

I haven't spoken to them myself but I have also seen references to a wreckers called French Connection on the forum before - again might be worth a call.

Always worth checking ebay or gumtree as well
