New MAcBook Air running slow for Windows 7?

Got a new MAcbook Air, running Parallels and have XP and windows 7 installed.

XP is running Solidworks and a Powerful measurement program and both run perfectly fine.
Windows 7 is running AutoCad but it runs very slowly and jerky.

Any ideas on speeding 7 up?!

Turn the stupid visual effects off and try running it in the classic theme.

not sure how to do classic theme on it? its 2009 edition.
