Hi all i have owned my Clio ( Metallic Blue 05' Extreme) for around a year now and i didn't even know this website existed :eek:. I have been searching the web for things that i can do to my car in a few months time once I get some money together and i came across this website. I have priced a few things so far and its a around £1200 for alloys, sounds etc. Maybe some members could recommend good sound systems and such :).

A bit about me, well... im almost 21 and have been driving for around 2.5 years now. As you would expect iv been in a crash or 2 during my time but iv calmed down a lot now and learned from my mistakes. Now i just want a good looking car :).

Im from Wishaw in North Lanarkshire to narrow i down a bit lol. In between Glasgow and Edinburgh, Junction 6 off M8 :).

Ah i kinda know where that is. I'm just off the M8 too. Not sure what junction tho lol the one for Baillieston . . .

I will do, its just a standard metallic blue clio extreme 05 plate. Im going to be saving up over the next few months and doing up my car. Watch the Projects forum in around half an hour ;).

Possibly 16/17" im unsure of what the maximum size i can fit. Ill be in your neck of the woods in about a months time aberdeen172sport when i travel to Aberdeen for The Killers concert at the AECC :). Whats the weather like, snowy? lol

haha yeah its snowy! well its not snowing and its slowly melting!

as for the alloys i'd probably suggest 16's and maybe lower the car a little, seen a few clios going about with stupidly big looking alloys, i'd like to think we're past the stage of seeing whats the biggest size we can fit, and alloys being the mod that would make the biggest visual impact u need 2 get ur choice bang on

If the weather is ok today il wash my car and get some pics up :). 16" wheels and lowered a bit sounds gd, how much would u recomend lowering it and whats the cost involved? Also the alloys im thnkin about getting are black multispoke ones. Do u think the would look good on a metalllic ble clio?
