i am sending off for my membership soon, now how does it work? ive printed off the form, but how do they know who to make a member, or what happens basically!!??!!

well i paid via paypal and they use the paypal details! I received my sticker and membership pack yesterday, logged on with my new member number and password and voila

Basically send off the form then in two weeks from that point youll be collected by hellicopter and taken to a secret hiding place for 6 days of initiation tasks and torture then you can become a full member.

Or was that youll receive a membership card through the post?

yeah tell me bout it, if you read my other post, about the missus car you will see that we are in the middle of buying a brand new house and at the moment i cant afford sh*t let alone £800 for a new set of wheels!!

What i really meant is how do they know who to make a member, or do they give me a new user name? as i dont want my post count to go back to 0

Nah you will send off your details and they are entered into the database which generates a unique number. You will then have to upgrade your forum status online with that unique membership number. Post count stays as is mate.
