New Pioneer speakers - Tweeters ok to fit ?

My front speakers are staring to crackle one side, I've sourced some half decent Pioneer ones off ebay new for cheap.

And they come with tweeters so I'm interested in fitting them.

These do not come with any crossover boxes so I just want to check if I can straight swap them?

I just want to make sure I don't fit them get the dash back on and they pop in a few days.

Should have bought the plug and play pioneer ones but I was too tight.

Anyone confirm these will be fine please?

yeah that cap on the back is the HPF for the tweeter so can connect them no problem
