new rear bumper help!

hi need help with the rear bumper of my car, got a mk2 ph1 just now and putting a mk2 ph2 bumper on my car

what do i need to do to make it fit and do i need anyhting else except the bumper i think some1 mentioned the arch liners aswell

I think you might need to drill a hole in the raer bit but its almost bolt straight on.

arch liners wont be an exact fit but they'll be close enough not to look out of place.

in the middle of the bumper at the top the two holes dont line up so you'll have to drill two holes in accomodate the screws.

Hit and miss with the alignment.

Mine went straight on, others don't.

You definitely need the proper arch liners, it looks a mess without and will fail an mot for sure if not secured adequately.

what are they, are they the black bits on the inside of the bumper in the arch? how much usually do they cost?

Yep, they're FA from a scrappy. Maybe £15?

ok cause got a black 2003 bumper for my clio pickin it up tomorow morning for 20 quid + vat

wil ask them to get the liners aswell
