New speakers - advise needed please?!?

Hi - I am updating my ICE and am looking at some new front and back speakers.

I will be running them off a pioneer HU, so not amped up.

I want some "plug in and play" ones, so no work needed to fit etc...

Can anyone recomend some good ones?

Budget about £70 per pair???

Search? I think Pioneer make a set that is true "plug and play"- bolt straight in and have the correct plugs.
