New springs need fitting....

  clio mk1 ph3
So i got my new 55mm springs through today and have no idea on how to fit them on my mk1, ph3 1.2. I know someone who said he can fit them for £20 but im not too sure he'll do it perfect. Garage quoted me £110 and so are now wondering what to do? i will need to get the tracking sorted if i get my friend to do it so might just go with the garage right from the start?

whats your thoughts on this guys?

handy if anyone could fit them for a small fee in the southeast, basingstoke are ;););)

Mk1 have the rear torson bar which can be a pian with rust etc.

Its the rust and problem with the torsio bar which makes it difficult to price.

I'd give it a go yourself if you have access to a garage and some decient tools.
