  clio rs 200 with cup
I've been reading your Forum, as a non member, for a while but, today I decided to become a member. I work for Renault and am based in the West Mids. I have had RS Clios for years. I started off with an RS172, 172Cup, 182, 182Cup, 182 Trophy,197 F1 R27. Even had use of a RS V6 Clio 255 for a while. Didn't like the 197 and had a Twingo RS133 with Cup Pack for about 10 months. I loved the Twingo but it needed a 6 speed box. I then had an RS Clio 200 Gordini. Found it heavier to drive and a little bit Chavish. I've now got a RS Clio 200, with Cup Pack. It's a bloody stormer. It's one of the last available and although it doesn't have Bluetooth and a white Rev counter, instead of yellow, it has had a slight re-map, at Renault, to stop it hesitating and bogging down on take off. I've covered 2000 miles, so far and am getting an avarage of 28 mpg. It's one of the best RS Clios that I have ever had. On the windy road home, to Lichfield, nothing can keep up with it. Roadholding is FANTASTIC. It makes you feel a better driver than you really are. I get to change the car when it's 9 months old, or 9000 miles and am already eyeing up the new Mk 4 RS 1600. I am reliably told that it will have 210 BHP not 210 PS. Can't wait.
