I never understood why the ride height is really high on the mk3s surely it didnt actually have to be that high from the factory ?

16's its only about 10mm between the tyre and the arch but i am happy with the way it sits now

I can tell it's been lowered but they just look like toy wheels.

I've just upped the profile from 40 to 45 on my 17s as they looked like coasters !

it wouldnt be to bad if renault didnt feel the need to make them like monster trucks one of my mates have a astra on a 45mm drop and my car sits the same height as his but his sit at the top of his wheels
