New wireless printer issue - conflicting with Wireless router? :(

Got a new wireless printer today.. set it all up on my mac... seems to work ok... but seems that it either uses its wireless connection to connect to the printer OR the net... not both at the same time...
If i want it to print... i have to click HP in the wireless tab... and if i want net i have to reconnect to my wireless network...
Any ideas how to sort this?

You need to find out the IP address of the HP printer and log into its web interface - then change the SSID to whatever the name of your current wireless network is.
You will also need to change the IP address that the printer uses to an address that's on the same IP range as your normal wireless network.
