i have downloaded a file, Used quickpar on the par2 file. It said it was complete but now i just have more par2 files and the original rar files.

When i open the rar file it has 2 un usable files inside?

The original rar files are what you need. Discard the par files unless the rar files are corrupt.

How big is the rar file set? Extract the contents of the rar file into a folder and you should have at least a file you can click on to setup.

How can i increase my speed on newzgroups? If i download from microsoft or somewhere im getting 4.2mb/s yet on newzbin im maxing out at 778kb/s at the moment?

i think because im still in my trial period im only getting 8 connections not 50.

RE your question above. Make sure you have as many connections configured as your provider...provides. Typically you'll want at least 10 concurrent connections.

EDIT: 50 connections? f**k. My reading fail.
