Next Meeting...

Hi all

As an 18 year old at uni, I have pretty much no money, which is the main reason I drive a 1.2 16V Dynamique as opposed to a 172/182!

However, thinking about coming along to the next ClioSport meeting. Do many 1.2 16V owners come along? Slightly worried about the lack of horse power but the atmosphere sounds great and you all seem like a great bunch of people.

So, my question is, would a 1.2 16V owner get laughed at or would you all wait at the service stations for me as I slug behind at about 4 million RPM trying to keep up!?

mate i go in my 1.2 16v and i am more than sure there are more none 2.0ls that turn up anyways!

Wow how do you afford a Dynamique when you are 18 and at Uni!!!!?


When I was at Uni I worked every hour under the sun just to pay my living costs! Let alone buy a car that costs at least £4k second hand and over a grand to insure at your age!!!


You can catch up with them when they have to stop for petrol...

when is the next meeting? where isit? i have a 1.2 mk1 with too many little dents onit, and the worst scratch ever.

with a speed limit of 70 and 2 many cameras to get away with much over a ton (for very long anyway), youll only get left behind on slip roads!

Id bet a tenner that half of the ppl have not got 172/182s
