NGK Plugs = Bad?

Just picked my car up from Renault after having them try and figure out why it sounds rough and idles badly, and apparently whoever had the car before me fitted NGK plugs and these really dont work with Renaults. Whether thats true or not, I dont know, but the car feels alot nicer to drive now!

From what i understand only use the ones they say in the manual. But don't know what they are lol

They are recommended to use NGK and nothing else :| A certain type of NGK though. PFRE10-6 or something like that

Yep, that's the 1's! Exactly what u'll get if u buy the standard renault 1's!
