ngk r7434-8 any good?

Basically I changed the plugs on my cup and found these in there, anyone know if these are any good for the 1*2's?

Just to add the car ran fine with them in.

Just had a quick look on Ebay and they're 130ish for a set of 4

That's what I've swapped them for, but I was wondering why someone would pay 3x as much for these.
