Polish out today and both cars got a good going over,

Will be taking the RS2000 to the Himley show on Sunday, if anyone is going look me up.

Still not sot sure which is the shiniest.

It's took me three years to get the Ford into shape.

These two live together permanently.

I love 'em both.

That escort is lovely! Rare too, most are facelift ones.

In fact, I really really like that.

Thanks for the comments fellas, especially about the Escort, as this was only finished and on the road a few weeks ago.

>"have you used your son's 182 much?"

Not this year, only about 300 miles, but not had chance for much road 'pleasure' time, as been busy with family matters, the ford even less.

>"What's up with the rear plate on the Escort?"
What have you seen that's not right?

I can see you guys appreciate the 'classic' so as a matter of interest, my son had started the restoration in 2011, and here is where I started out.....

Lovely old ford might pop along for a closer look, I only live 2 mins away

I think they mean that the rear plate is on the wonk !

Please do Tez, bring your spirit level....I think it's just a optical conclusion, the modern plates are really flimsy and it has a slight bow, being bolted on (not glued), if not I bow my head in shame!
