Nikkor 55-200 Shots?? (PR)

I've just ordered the VR 55-200mm lens for a D40. Originally I was going to get a new camera but there's no point to me doing that as of yet until I'm happy with money and progress with my photography.
Can anyone show me what these things can do?
I did a Flickr search and a lot of it bores me so if anyone can post up car related images, I'd be happy with that.
