Nikon owners - what metering do you use?

I have been using Matrix, but beginning to think that centre weighted or spot is giving better results?

Whats everyone opinion on the best metering to use?

i use centre weighted, i can't tell much difference between the 3

Spot or Matrix for me. 90% of the time matrix. Seems to work well for me.

Centre Weighted 100% for Motorsport, also use that generally, but I find Matrix works nicely for long exposure night shots.

Depends what I'm shooting, can't say one is any better than another as they all serve different purposes.
