Nitrous Bottle Heater

  BMW 320d Sport

Very nice but I aint paying NOS or any other yankee rip-off merchants £150 for a bit of rubber mat with two velcro straps (see my wanted ad in the other forum!)

yeah Si......its about time you took the plunge!!!

all show and soon to be go......so get on with it!!

Actually thinking about these Bottle heaters - Are they very beneficial if you can get the bottle to the right temperature?? Cos I know a man who can (if there is money to be made) !

You are all right - I need to splash out and get NOS. I want my ECU upgrade first. I know NOS is more bhp per bucks.

BenR - are those superchips you got made up available over in England? Im currently on the case with Renault about the Group "N" ecu that Simon172 has.

Um.......i think we can send you the file......

BUT, i am worried about if itll suit your environment.....

its setup for a full system, Piper X Viper kit and the tropical conditions.

so, if it drops below 25 deg, then you might have a prob with lean running. I thin the old real reason why we ahvent had any real probles with lean ruinning is the condition of the air! i mean, 37 degC and 95% humidity!!! AIYA!

i dont think itll suit you at all.......

Simon - theres a big difference in the way mine goes when the bottle is up to the proper pressure. Normally it runs at 750 psi tops in British weather (apart from really hot summer days). Thats well down on the pressure it needs to be. So a heater is a must.
