No Car!

Car went into renault today, it was having problems starting up!

Sometimes it would take two or three turns in the ignition before it eventually started. The thing is the car is only a year old, anyone else had any problems like this? Renault seem to think its a fault with the starter motor.

Ah well should hopefully have it back tomorrow, feel lost without it!

I know the feeling, it kills me to be without my car. its like losing the use of my legs, because i never walk anywhere haha

I hate relying on lifts too, much rather take myself. (Ah well saving on some petrol money)

My car's had a history with not starting so had the starter motor replaced when I first got it! Difference is mine's 6 years old and yours is new!

Just doesn't surprise me, that's all

My SX has done this a couple of times recently but not worried about it just yet, will get it sorted if it starts making a habbit.

Ye, mine has gradually got worse over the past couple of weeks.

At first i thought it was because it was cold, but it then started doing it even if i had been driving the car for a while.

Thought it was best to get it checked out.

Keep an eye on yours mate, be interested to see if it gets worse. Perhaps its a common fault?
