hi all i went renault london west today for aux belt and tdc sensor change which i had booked for today 8am. i went there and i was told that my clio is going to be taken to garage any minute. after 1h my clio was still there where i parked when arrived. after 2h i was told that aux belt is all most changed. before 1pm i was told (by person who booked me service and was updating me about progress) that aux belt will not be changed today becouse they don't have all parts in stock!i couldn't belive!!tdc sensor has not been changed becouse it takes 3h to do and service won't do overtime!!! can u belive it?i was so upset and angry!
finnaly i spoke to main menager about all that and he couldn't ansewer me why changed belt cannot be changed and is not in stock!
i spend half day there lost day in work and my cruse control is not working for some reasons! tottaly :evil: i don't know what to say!
i have come back there on monday when all part will be ready!!

please do not go to renault london west!they service is totally rubbish.

ps. is there renault service so bad or i have bad luck?

generally s**t from my experience tho, f**k em off and go to another stealers or go to a specialist

If its out of warranty, take it to an independent specialist. My nearest Renault dealer was utter sh!te, so I'll be taking mine to a specialist from now on.

i have an extra 1 year of warranty but monday will be my last time as i was there. f**k renault london west

Your cruise control may be due to clip being plugged it, you will probably find it will kick back in after 2/3 times of using the car, thats what i have found with the 2 182s I have owned
