no head lights

Seriosu help needed

our lasses head malp went off a few weeks back, changed bulb and fuse nothing....


tonight the other has gone off also, bulbs ok as is fuse


any sugestions????


any idea were there relays are based??

In a Mk2 Ph2 there under the passenger side lower dash on the UCH. Can you hear the relays click when you turn the stalk?

Also check the wiring, from memory it runs down one side of the bay to the first light, then across under the slam panel to the second light. Check the earthing points etc.

Yeah Daz, It is. Looked and Looked and Looked took to the Auto Electricians... and i really dont understand what was wrong with it.

He said the Cambus System needed reset via the laptop and they worked again

Any one knwo what the hell he ment?

Cambus system? :S No not a clue sorry mate. Glad they're working agin though.

Cnabus I think he means the CAN computer network the car uses.

Very unusual check your fuses etc again check for the earths etc.

they reset this and they worked, so its back in operation tonight, my 04 plate scooby decided to have a tantrim tonight and drop ll the oil out AGAIN, so i had the luxary of taking her clio out for a spin, jesus it does shift and the torque steer i forgot all abt the fun from my mk1 172 lol
