noise at rear and uneven tyre wear

hello i was just wondering if anyone could help me on my 172 i have a strange noise on the rear of my car when i get up to about 30mph and i think the inside of one of my rear tyres is wearing faster than any other. another thing i have noticed is my back end seems to kick out a bit to much sometimes when i hit bumps sometimes and doesn't feel right on times. any ideas what it could be?

leaky dampers/cracked spring...wheels weights still intact. others maybe able to help you more
