Hi Folks, wondered if anyone had experienced this with the Cup/172?
Noticed a rhythmic noise quite low pitched coming from the car at motorway speeds and above over the past week or so and some vibration from the steering wheel (a little). Took it into a kwikfit to get the wheel alignment done and balanced and on the ramp the technician pointed out some play in the drivers side drive shaft (gearbox end) reckoning this was where the noise was coming from, possibly a diff bearing etc. Its going into Renault to be checked out but wondered if anyone here had experienced it with their cars. At first I thought it may have been a wheel bearing but now its starting to concern me a little!!!!
Any thoughts?
