My gearbox is generally fine, no crunches!
Sometimes it won't go into gear and I have to double clutch but I've experienced that in a lot of cars! (very, very rarely, changed oil and it's pretty much sorted)
My real concern is that when in reverse, there's like a rattling sound, usually gets worse as I lift the clutch. The best way to describe it is it sounds like there's something loose getting thrown around in the gear box.
Other than that it's fine... anything to worry about?
