nokia n8 12mp camera

anyone got one of these, ive just ordered mine on my contract, 12mp seems good to me for a few snaps i know its not a slr but its gonna be better than my 7mp digi ?

It's all about the lens. My SLR is only 6MegaPixels. If the lens on it is any good I can imagine the pictures will be alright, don't bank on it being better than your compact though.

A quick google came up with these sample shots from an N8. Certainly looks good for a phone.
