Non-reflective patch

Car  172 Cup
Im thinking of getting a road angel, theres a patch on the lower middle part of the windscreen. Just wondering if thats a non reflective part of the windscreen for a roadangel to sit in? Anyone know?

Indeed it is a non-UV reflective patch.

However some sat-navs/detectors/people have found this works sufficiently alone. Others have reported occasional loss of satellite fix and others have reported it doesn't work at all.

General diagnosis being, get an additional GPS receiver (5 metre cable) and wire it to your back window/parcel shelf.

My RA2 worked sort off down there, but the laser detector would not clear the wipers, and it lost GPS signal at times and took ages on start up to get GPS signal lock.

Got the additional antenna with 5m cable from Blackspot and put it in the rear screen in the end.
