Non sport front bumper strips

On my 1.2 I have been looking at getting all my plastic bits colour coded, I know how to remove the side door strips but I don't know how to remove the front bumper strips, could anyone help me out here?

do they not come out with a little gentle prying? I thought they were clipped in.

edit: after a search, yeah it seems they're clipped in.
