Get some autoglym paint restorer a small piece of wood and a piece of cloth. Put the cloth around the block and put some of the paint restorer on, then GENTLY start to work on the areas. As it is so fresh it will come off very easily and you'll see it on the cloth. Even polish will remove the worst of it but you may have to go a bit harder at it. If you're careful then you may just leave paint in the actual chip holes. After removing all the excess give the whole area a polish. Really should be pretty easy just don't get stressed you'll make it worse.
Problem with using touch ups is most people make 2 errors, 1, dont shake the touch up thoroughly (im talking a couple of minutes not 5 seconds) resulting in it looking like the colour doesnt match when it would if it had been shaken properly, 2, use the brush in the pot, they're too big and will always make a f**king mess you're better off with a tiny artists brush or a cocktail stick and build up the paint so you arent left with a dirty great blob. TBH if you arent sure just leave well alone it'll only end up a right mess.

LY V6 with Recaros
Oh dear, glads it's ok now, I tried doing this on my Saxo as the paint was peeling off the bumper, put waaay to much on and totally fooked it, and when I tried to get it off I wiped it all over the black bump strip!
Had to get it respayed and get Citroen to sort it all out!! Oh well, we learn from these things!

I thought the idea of a car club was for eveyone to help each other out, like one big team? And to meet new people, and make new friends?
