I renewed my policy at the end of august, and still havent received the documents, so just gave em a ring...
In my policy it says that the car will be kept at york university, but all the documents should be sent to my parents house etc..
Turns out they sent my car insurance documents to York University!! Did they think i would get them??? lol
these call centres are just a joke.
