Spoke to the guys at Wizard of Nos in Doncaster,looking at a 50hp wet kit with a 11lb bottle,they say kit works very well on the Clio.What kit are you using Vicky and where do you get your fill ups from.Also are you using a progressive controller.

Im using one on my Rover, concept is identical. Im running the entry level minimax controller progressively ramping the shot up. Jetted for 100bhp at the moment. I've only got a 5lb bottle. Looking to upgrade when I fit my bottle heater later in the year.
Search on the WON site for places to fill up, i'd recommend getting a conversion bit from the american fitting to the WoN style as many places dont have the right bits.

I'm using the WON 50bhp wet kit with 11lb bottle...most places will set you up with a 25 shot then tell you to come back for your 50bhp jets after a bit of experience with NOS in the car.
I am using a minimax controller. Have had experience with the Max Extreme and even with a professional install it's far too complicated for a road car and causes too many issues so the minimax is where it's at (half the price too iirc). I now have a bottle heater and pressure gauge to go along with it. Using a braided line atm but it's stated that the nylon line gives you a little more power so I'm going to switch (TDI in Lakeside will be able to fill my bottle with a nylon fitment too which is handy).
Best place to get your kit fitted is WON's recommended southern specialist - Active Nitrous in Braintree (where I fill up atm).
Enjoy, it's not cheap but it's certainly fun

Help please, the tech at active nitrous systems told me to fit hard spark plugs. Can anyone please tell me the exact type i should be putting in.
The clio is in for a full service today and tomorrow and the mechanic does not know anything about nos and has asked me to help.

im loving the idea of nos on a clio. im running nitrous on my supra v8 conversion though thats a fair bit more then 50shot! currently in talks with the guys who sponsored that set up with sorting me out a set up on my motorbike, guess it wouldnt hurt to enquire about a clio set up to.
