If it was mine i would do the following;

Refurb them wheels high gloss Black - standard silver diamonds
Standard Front and Rear Diamonds
De badge the boot fully get the "clio" welded and smoothed
Bullet detailing black
De wiper the rear and get a gloss black blanking plate
Mass detail and decent wax
