not moving car

hi all

i looking at getting the clio on the road again soon

been stood for 2 years cause of engine issue

well now its got a new engine and i looking at getting it going again

cars got no tax or mot so i cant drive it anywhere to clean it up atm. would brake cleaner and wire brush be my best bet?
