not new cliosport member but new paid one!!!

hi all, i have been on cliosport for a while but decided the other day to put my hand in my wallet and pay up! i live in sunny cornwall and own a 59 plate grand scenic, 07 plate trafic 115 and a 03 clio 172 cup so as you can see have a renault fetish( god help me).
i wondered if there were many members down my way who would be any help modding my cup( its currently off road till i can find the time to start it), obviously i would help in return in any shape or form(ish!).
i a left school in 85 and trained as a renault technician but retrained as a plumber when i moved to cornwall from surrey many moons ago. s oi guess i no what im doing to some extent( i did my rs cambelt myself!) but have been out of the car scene for a while so a bit out of date.

i need to get running first, cant seem to get 5 mins without a customer ringing me. im looking for some 16 inch cup wheels cos i dont like the ones on it. also it has a custom bonnet which if i was 17 im sure would excite me alot so looking for someone to swap a standard one with. once engine sorted i want it resprayed.

hi chris, i havent been to pure since they moved from old place, last time i spoke they were only just getting started on 172's. just seen some of his forged rods etc on ebay, seem majorly cheap!
have sort of decided im going to whip engine out get car painted( if i can find someone local ) and decide what im doing with engine whilst car is gone. cant decide whether to hillclimb or track it or use it once a month for roaduse. trouble is evrytime i get spare time to do it someone rings up wanting a bathroom done!!!
will take you up on spanner help when time comes , two heads being better than one.lol
